I am very sorry to learn about the sad demise of Col Pinglay who we lovingly called "Pingu". I had the good fortune to be his course mate in SODE 19. He was a happy go lucky person and was fun to be with. Inspite of all the stresses of the degree course, he always had a very positive attitude, which percolated to all of us around him. I cherish memories of those good days. It saddens me to think that Pingu is gone.
May God rest his soul in peace and we pray to Almighty to give his family strength to bear this irreparable loss.
