It was with a very heavy heart that I read the sad news to my wife about Col Pinglay leaving for his heavenly abode. We can never forget the memorable tenure we have had together at Jabalpore. He was a great person with a positive attitude who was ever ready for his cooperation. A person who never lost his cool even in the most tense situation.
We pray to Almighty to give peace to the departed soul and strength to you, Vijay and Maya to bear this irreparable loss.
