I had the privilege of working under Col O P Kalra in 36 & 11 Inf. Div Sig Regts. He taught me soldiering in its finest form- in Work give the best, in play be the best and be humane.
I salute him and pray for his eternal peace. May God give courage & strength to his family to bear the untimely loss.
